It is with sadness that the Canadian Religious Conference announces the passing of Jean Bellefeuille on December 8, 2017. From 2003 to 2016, Jean served the Conference in a number of capacities: Coordinator for JPIC (Justice, Peace and the Integrity of Creation), Associate Co-ordinator for Mission Formation, Associate Director of the CRC and Staff leader General Assembly planning.
Jean had a deep and abiding commitment to social justice. A good friend and colleague, he assisted me in my work as Director in countless ways. To his wife Francine Girard, his friends and family, we offer our condolences and prayers that Jean may enjoy eternal life.
