Being a Leader That Transforms Workshop

Montreal, January 25-27, 2013 : Being a Leader That Transforms Workshop is offered to leaders in vowed religious life and to their leadership teams.

We live in times that are increasingly seen as "an evolutionary shift," and we are capable of more awareness and surrender to transformation than ever before. How does one be a leader in vowed religious life in such times? What might these times be asking of transformative leaders? And how to be one?

During this weekend we will explore these questions and discover practices, both personal and communal, that develop transformative ways of being leaders of vowed religious communities in these times".

Being a Leader That Transforms Workshop will be held January 25-27, 2013 at the Providence International Centre in Montreal. The presenter and facilitator is Brenda Peddigrew, RSM, Sister of Mercy of NL. She is specialized in facilitation of religious communities, especially Chapters and Assemblies. Sister Brenda has given the workshop Transformative facilitation in 2011, it brought together 21 people. Note that it is not necessary to have participated in the first workshop to attend the Being a Leader That Transforms Workshop.

The workshop is given in English only, thus the main condition for French speaking religious is that they have a sufficient knowledge of English.
