You are invited to participate in a Laudato Si' Retreat at Jericho House, April 29 to May 1, 2022. The retreat’s context is the first of the Laudato Si’s Goals, “Response to the Cry of the Earth”, and offers a time for kindred spirits to explore how to befriend the ecological crises and its challenges. The retreat is open to residential, commuter, and virtual participation.

Catholic health care is committed to a healing journey and learning the truth about our history with Indigenous Peoples. The conference will showcase Indigenous speakers that will help us better understand the truth and highlight wise practices and innovative programs. It has never been more important for Catholic health organizations across this land we call Canada to embrace diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.

This updated program offers instruction in the contemporary context on the main aspects of canon law and certain aspects of civil law affecting consecrated life. It is intended for present and future leadership teams and lay persons working in the administration of institutes of consecrated life or societies of apostolic life. It is the first year of the three-year cycle.

Theme: Intimate Presence with Earth. During this week we will be seeking to commune, to enter into deeper relationship and to establish an intimate presence with the universe. We will explore the way in which the Universe (Cosmic) Story is also our own personal story and how a greater understanding of this story can inspire a more intimate and more sacred relationship with Earth and those with whom we share Earth.
